SLEAFORD TOWN 2 (Hunter 72, Shaw 90)
HOLBEACH UNITED 4 (Treacher 11, 55 & 76, Cartwright 67)
TOMMY Treacher hit a hat-trick as Holbeach United won 4-2 at Sleaford Town on Tuesday night.

It was the perfect response from the Tigers, who lost 7-1 at St Neots in the FA Cup at the weekend.

That, coupled with the news Liam Nimmo is likely to leave the club, had masked what has been a superb start to the league season for Shaun Keeble's men.

They now boast three wins from three games, and sit second in the table.

Treacher gave the visitors the lead after eleven minutes.

Holbeach doubled their lead after 55 minutes, Treacher again the marksman, and Stacy Cartwright added a 67th minute third.

Miles Hunter reduced the arrears after 72 minutes but Holbeach were home and dry when Treacher scored his hat trick goal four minutes later.

Jamie Shaw scored a Sleaford consolation a minute into stoppage time.

More to follow.
